About Me
Meet Leland Guillemin, B.Sc. Nutrition, R.D.
I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) based in Saskatoon, SK with a passion for nutrition, athletics, & fueling our bodies. I work with individuals and groups to find realistic and sustainable ways to nourish everyone within the context of their goals, schedules, and lives.
This can be particularly challenging when it comes to physical activity and athletics. Learning how to fuel your body is critical for peak performance. It can be overwhelming trying to sort through the information overload on your own - I’m here to help.
My journey in this field is fueled by a lifelong commitment to personal growth and performance, shaped by my experiences as an athlete. From 2012 to 2016, I proudly represented Team Canada on the international stage in the sport of fencing. I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that now inform my professional approach.
Having been immersed in sports my entire life, I understand firsthand the role nutrition plays in achieving peak performance and overall well-being. Whether helping clients optimize their health or guiding athletes toward their goals, I strive to make nutrition approachable, personalized, and sustainable for everyone I work with.
Aside from fencing, I enjoy playing hockey, lifting weights, cooking, eating, and spending time with my family. I am a proud father of two young boys and I have first-hand experience with the challenges of feeding young and growing children.
