It is my mission to empower others with tools and knowledge to manage their nutritional needs. Whether working with individuals or groups, I use a client-centered and evidence-based approach to implement strategies and resources that support people in the context of their life and goals.

Everyone has a unique path they are walking, so I feel it is important to appreciate and try to understand the roads people travel; that way strategies and solutions can be found that are realistic, attainable, and lasting.

I understand improving our health and relationship with food/body can take time and be intimidating. I’m here to support you. You can expect to be heard, respected, and cared for.
