Proper nutrition planning will ensure you have the fuel stores required to give your best effort during training, the hydration, vitamins, and minerals required to function at top form and prevent cramping, and the nutrients required to grow and repair muscles.

Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation

This 90-minute virtual session is dedicated to understanding your unique needs as an athlete. We’ll discuss your current and past eating habits, training schedule, competition goals, medical history, allergies/intolerances, and lifestyle factors like stress and sleep. Together, we’ll build a personalized nutrition plan designed to optimize your performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

This session is the foundation for achieving your athletic goals. Fee: $150

Follow-Up Sports Nutrition Consultation

Follow-ups are 60-minute virtual sessions to check in on your progress. During these sessions, we’ll assess how well our plan is working, celebrate successes, address any challenges, and refine our strategies to better support your performance and recovery.
Regular follow-ups provide accountability and allow for adjustments as your training and goals evolve. Fee: $100

Recommended frequency: Weekly or biweekly for best results.
