Initial Consultation
This initial session is all about you. It typically begins with an assessment of your current diet, lifestyle, medical history, and goals.
Topics of discussion include things like current & past eating habits, medical history, food environment, allergies/intolerances, activity levels, and stress. This initial conversation is the first step toward obtaining your goals.
Based on this, we will work together to create tailored recommendations and strategies to address your specific needs, whether it’s managing a health condition, improving energy levels, or establishing sustainable eating habits for you or your family.
You’ll receive practical advice, meal planning strategies, and evidence-based insights, along with ongoing support and accountability to help you implement positive changes in your daily life.
Conducted over one 90-minute virtual consultation we will get to know each other and the context of your life in order to develop a plan that best suits you.
Fee: $150
Follow-up Consultation
Follow-up consultations are check-ins where we see how you are doing.
Each follow-up consultation is a 60-minute virtual touchpoint where we will revisit our plan, evaluate the successes and obstacles, and make adjustments to make our plan better-suited for you.
Change takes time. To be most effective, I recommend weekly or biweekly follow-ups.
